October 10, 2010 - "Self Portrait (Spiritual Suicide)"
Another birthday...
Another year begins.
I find myself lamenting the past, and contemplating the future.
It's time to move on.
I need something symbolic to mark the transition. Something shocking to my soul.
And I find it in the bathroom at 12:32AM (the exact time of my birth)... with my head bent over the tub and a pair of electric clippers in my hand.
Spiritual Suicide.
Transformation.
A rebirth.
